The idea for Freya’s Sister came about when i realised that our Freya Lillie made to order brand was not accessible to as many people as i wanted. The desire for an affordable sustainable childrenswear brand that was also made in England, was something i really wanted to bring to life.
Freya Lillie designs are made with premium materials from 100% linens, buttons made from coconut shells, bamboo labelling and recycled swing tags. Not to mention each design is made to order, making it the ultimate premium design. But with these elements comes a high price tag and at peak times, a 6 week wait. Bring in Freya’s Sister!
Freya’s Sister is a children’s capsule collection made up of our 4 best selling designs. The Celine dress, Lillie romper, Bohdi romper for boys and Florence dungarees. The materials we use include 100% cotton, wooden buttons and recycled labelling and swing tags. This allowed us to reduce the cost of each designs. Not only did we reduce the price of this sustainable childrenswear line but we also created stock to remove the made to order wait times. This also contributed to the lower price tag.
The size range is 0 to 6 years old and the 4 styles are now available in white cotton, mint and white pinstripe, pink and white pinstripe and chambray blue. The range has been received really well from our loyal customers and followers so stock has actually ran out in some sizes. Which we are very grateful for. We will be topping up the stock and adding in some womenswear designs too. Watch this space!
