How do i start a trade in?

Check our Trade Price List to see how much your items are worth.  Then simply drop us an email Info@Freya-Lillie.com to let us know what items you are returning along with your name and address.

We will then email you a QR code, simply package your items up and include a note with your name and address.  Then visit any Post Office and show them the QR code to return your items for free.

You will then receive a voucher via email within 14 days.

Please note your items must be clean and not overly damaged or stained.  We will assess items when they arrive.

What are the trade in prices?

You will receive a Freya Lillie voucher to use on our website. The amount varies depending on the type of item you return.

After research of other major re-sale platforms we have a determined a price that fits within these markets. We have also taken into consideration our free returns and the hassle free process of Freya Lillie second hand.

What items can i trade in?

We buy back items that are linen, clean, undamaged and unmodified regardless of the age and where they were purchased.  Buy back means we will send you a voucher to spend on our website.

My item is not on the list, can i still trade it in?

Of course, drop us an email so we can validate the item and let you know the trade in price.

Are women’s clothing included?

Yes, all of our women’s clothing is included.

How can i spend my voucher?

Vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.Freya-Lillie.com Vouchers must be used in a single transaction, any amount not used will be lost as you cannot use the voucher more than once

  • Only one voucher can be used per transaction
  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards
  • Vouchers can be used on Second Hand items
  • Vouchers can be used on sale items
  • Vouchers expire after 12 months of being issued
How long does it take to receive a voucher?

You will receive your voucher within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

What happens if i send my items but they are not approved?

Items will not be approved if they are not freshly washed, or if they are damaged or modified in any way. We ask that you clean and check your items carefully before sending them in, all items should have care labels.

If they are not approved, we are not able to send them back, and they will be sustainably recycled.

Where do my preloved items go?

Items that are suitable will be resold on our preloved page, if they are not suitable to be resold they will be recycled.

How are the preloved items prepared before being resold online?

Although items are checked to ensure they are clean, we will still thoroughly steam clean and press items.  This ensures your secondhand item is free from any odours and ready to wear.
